Loyan Engineering & Consultancy is a sister company of D&S Construction. D&S is a nationally registered limited liability company in Troy, Michigan, United States of America. Loyan Engineering and Consultancy was established in 2012 in the City of Hargeisa, Somaliland, to contribute to building infrastructure and development in the Horn of Africa. To achieve its mission, Loyan Engineering and Consultancy owns all its modern heavy equipment and has highly trained, efficient staff.
My dictum as CEO and leader is to instill in my employees the importance of always going the extra mile in all aspects of our work.
